The following bills were not passed
and Registration Creating the State Board of Massage Therapy Examiners in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; providing for the composition, appointment, terms and expenses of the Board members; establishing the powers and duties of the Board; requiring the Board to appoint and establish the powers and duties of a Board executive director; authorizing the Board to set specified fees; requiring certain fees collected by the Board to be sent to the Comptroller of the State etc.

Excluding registered massage practitioners from fees assessed by the Maryland Health Care Commission.
